Cut Your Payment in Half
Would you like the freedom in having a choice each month of how much you want to pay? The Pay Option Arm allows borrowers to choose between four options each month depending on your cash availability and needs: 1. Normal 40 year amortized payment. 2. Normal 15 year amortized payment. 3. Interest Only payment. 4. Less than Interest Only payment.

- Interest Only Payment: $1,251.33
- Fully Amortizing 40-Year Payment: $1,317.32
- Fully Amortizing 15-Year Payment: $1,854.93
Here is an example of a $400,000 mortgage payment:
- Minimum Payment: $1,333.01 ( Deferred Interest: $1,169.66 )
- Interest Only Payment: $2,502.67
- Fully Amortizing 40-Year Payment: $2,634.65
- Fully Amortizing 15-Year Payment: $3,709.87
